For reasons we explain elsewhere, users cannot revise the layout of templates – doing that would make the system update process virtually impossible!
That said, there is always a better way to do anything – so if you have a suggestion as to how, and why, we should revise a template, we’ll take that on board, and as long as it doesn’t conflict with something else, we will incorporate your suggestion into the next version of the system.
