We believe in a team approach to everything we do. Every project has unique needs, and we regularly put small teams together to suit the needs of clients and project logistics.
This works both ways: we often get asked to join other teams to tackle projects that can utilise our particular skills and experience.
From what we read, we think this approach is the “way of the future” – and will become the “new normal” in consulting. We think we’re ahead of the curve a bit on this.
